Tariffs in Car Rental
You can choose the vehicle you want to rent by finding the one you need on our website and examining its features. The vehicle you want to rent can only be used by the person specified in the contract and on our system's delivery form, or by a maximum of two people. You can visit the address for detailed information. No damage guarantee can be provided in case the vehicle is used by individuals not mentioned in the contract and unwanted consequences occur. To prevent this, an additional driver service must be obtained. Age and license requirements are definitely sought for vehicle rentals. As a condition for car rental, the age requirement must be at least 21 years old, and the license requirement must be at least 1 year of active driving license. This is a legal obligation for us and for you, our valued customers.
Details on Delivery
Vehicles can be rented for a minimum of 24 hours. For rentals of 23 days and over, the monthly rental tariff applies. Individuals have the right to use the vehicle within the days and hours specified in their rental agreement. If you wish to return the vehicle you rented to the branch earlier than the hours and days specified in the contract, the rental fee for the vehicle will be recalculated and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. In case of possible delays after the end of the car rental; you will be charged according to the delay hours. You are required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was delivered to you. The insurance status is also subject to the car rental agreement. In case of possible unwanted situations such as accidents and theft; in case of an accident, the security forces must be called without moving the vehicle from its place, and a report must be prepared. In case of theft, the vehicle's keys must be handed over to us along with the report from the security forces.
